Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs about 14 full crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Filling

  • 16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the prepared pan to form a crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and optional sour cream.
  • Pour filling over the cooled crust. Smooth the top and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30-35 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
  • Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Slice into bars before serving.

Notes

You can personalize these bars with toppings like fresh fruit, chocolate drizzle, caramel sauce, or crushed nuts. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
